Senior Vice President of Human Resources, TransUnion
Katie Coleman is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for TransUnion’s U.S. Information Services business unit and is also responsible for the HR Enablement Team. As a member of TransUnion’s USIS leadership team, Ms. Coleman is responsible for setting the human capital strategy and defining the core set of HR initiatives for the USIS business unit. She oversees the full scope of HR activities including talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, compensation practices, mergers and acquisitions, and change management. As owner of the enablement team, she also has responsibility for prioritizing and deploying a global set of initiatives that span across all of TU’s business units. Ms. Coleman began her career with TransUnion in 2009 as a Team Lead in the Organizational Effectiveness group. She was also Vice President of HR for the International business unit for 5 years. Prior to joining the company, she worked for Deloitte Consulting in their Human Capital practice and provided consulting expertise to Fortune 500 companies. She also worked for Allstate Insurance Company and led the change management program for a $100 million dollar HR BPO arrangement with IBM. Ms. Coleman holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in communications from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
