Scott Hughes is an independent marketing strategy consultant, consumer researcher and occasional guest lecturer. He spent the prior 30+ years in numerous management consulting roles and in consumer strategy assignments at Quaker Oats/Pepsico, Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company and MillerCoors. As a global insights leader, he has spent a career studying consumer habits and preferences, uncovering new innovations and innovation and restoring a deep emotional connection to beloved brands to restore growth. That work has satisfied a growing interest in other cultures, and in the power of storytelling to unlock new insights. Scott has been a board member of The House since 2010 and an occasional investor in both theater and film projects.
