Performance schedule impacts of COVID-19
In response to guidance regarding the spread of COVID-19 issued by the State of Illinois and City of Chicago on March 12, The House is canceling several of our upcoming performances.
We will be canceling our extension of Verböten, as well as our upcoming production of Henry V at the Chopin Theatre venue. Our annual fundraising event, The Spectacular, will not occur as planned.
Our live-action escape game, The Last Defender, which hosts small groups no greater than 16 at the Chicago Board Game Cafe, will continue with weekend game times. We are taking extra steps for health and sanitation and will be adjusting our game schedule to allow additional time to accomplish this.
Thank you for your understanding.
We look forward to sharing some amazing feats of storytelling with you again very soon!
The Escapes are an open run. Tickets are on sale for The Last Defender March and April of 2020!
